This is a very special and exclusive experience. The black or white truffle search will start with a small general explanation about the vast world of truffles: its different types, the different types of search with the dog or the pig, the training methods and the regulations in force. Then you’ll go into the woods for the real hunt.

At the end of the search you’ll experience a white or black truffle product tasting accompanied by a good glass of local Barbera wine. Nothing better to end your experience, than a lunch in a typical farmhouse that is 200 years old. Here you’ll enjoy a traditional Piedmontese lunch, with a complete menu based on black truffles and local wines.
